Between them, these companies offer all of the essential elements for lean manufacturing solutions.
During the seminars, experts from the member companies of The Lean Factory Group will demonstrate how to build an assembly line using the lean concept.
The topics they will cover include the following.
* Value stream mapping.
* Work content and workplace design in terms of one piece flow.
* Dimensioning of the KANBAN control loop.
* Design of KANBAN boards.
* The customer order in the ERP system.
* Levelling.
* Design of Heijunka boards.
All of the presentations are based on a practical assembly line and will provide guidance not only on the preparation of the line, but also simulation of a number of typical real-life scenarios.
Those attending the seminars will also have ample opportunity for personal consultations with the expert presenters, as well as to compare experiences with other attendees, to network and to discuss current trends.
