Bosch Rexroth acquires hydraulic valve
maker
Bosch Rexroth has acquired Coventry, UK-based Oil Control, which manufactures and distributes a variety of hydraulic valves and associated equipment.
Bosch Rexroth has acquired Oil Control in Coventry Oil Control manufactures and distributes high quality hydraulic valves, power packs, pressure, flow and motion control valves, and electrical solenoid valves
Effective from 1st January 2007, Bosch Rexroth acquired 100% of the share capital of Oil Control.
The change in ownership follows the purchase of Oil Control Group in Milan (Italy) by the Bosch Rexroth Group, which was completed in 2005.
Following a period of integration, the trade and business of Oil Control was transferred to Bosch Rexroth with effect from 1st August 2007 and will operate as part of the existing Hydraulics division of Bosch Rexroth.
The existing Coventry based operation will be maintained and developed with the intention of providing the highest level of service to customers.
