Reworking a CNC tool store unit has produced an amazing 33% increase in ISO 40 tool storage for the same floor area.

Bott, the class leading manufacturer of workplace and storage equipment have, as part of their continual product development, reworked their CNC Tool Store unit to give an amazing 33% increase in ISO 40 tool storage for the same floor area The Tool Store has an internal carriage mounted on industrial castors allowing full access and ease of action; when retracted the unit is fully enclosed giving a clean, tidy, professional appearance whilst protecting personnel from sharp tooling

To protect the tool tapers they are located into tool pots which are available in ISO, VDI and HSK formats; these clip into a carrier block which mounts either vertically or at an angle into the Tool Store unit.

The carrier blocks can be repositioned to accommodate varying length tooling and additional carriers can be added at will giving total flexibility and adaptability.

The carrier blocks may also be used free standing.

The CNC Tool Store forms part of the extensive Bott tool holding range which includes racking, panels, cupboards and cabinets.

Tool Store units are also available in Perfo (for hand tools), louvered (for hook on storage bins) and shelf variants.

Further details are available in a comprehensive catalogue.
