Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Mar 23, 2006

High speed power press builder will be showing a 250kN machine at MACH 2006: it features a control system that allows automatic adjustment of ram stroke, coil pitch and punching speed.

A fully operational production line will be shown by Bruderer on stand 4428 at MACH 2006, based on its BSTA 250-75B high-speed press.

The machine has a capacity of 250kN and is fitted with the latest, PC-based B-Control system, which in conjunction with servo drives built into the press allows automatic adjustment of ram stroke, coil pitch and punching speed each time a tool is reused.

Ancillary equipment from Leicht Stamping Automation will include a Dualmate PTW-110 Uncoiler capable of vertical and horizontal pay-off modes, and rewinder model EW-100-R which will be shown for the first time.

Completing the metal stamping display will be Unidor tool safety equipment, a selection of Fibro standard tooling components and a servo feed from P/A Industries' comprehensive range of press shop ancillaries.
