Automatic punching presses do not only achieve highly accurate results in high-speed manufacturing - but also prove to be as suitable for applications at lower production speeds.

Automatic punching presses do not only achieve highly accurate results in high-speed manufacturing - but also prove to be as suitable for applications at lower production speeds With this in mind, the BSTA 800-145B and the BSTA 500-110B offer superior technology and offer maximum productivity 'hand in hand' with unequalled efficiency at lower production speeds

One thing is certain: Whatever the speed at which you operate your punching dies and however widely your machining processes may vary, the criteria and demands on an automatic punching press, e g, high accuracy, maximum tool life, reliability, and process stability, always remain the same.

* The automatic punching press BSTA 200-60BE 'Essential' - this high performance punching press is for clearly defined target groups and offers the perfect choice for the production of small and high-precision stamping parts.

* The Bruderer BSTA 800-145B high-performance punching press was demonstrated at EuroBLECH manufacturing a bearing flange with four threads, cut during the stamping process During the stamping process, an additional four M5 threads are cut into the deep-drawn stamped parts with press-fit bearing seat.

We will show our guests which criteria an automatic punching press must comply with, in order to produce such high-grade punched parts at constant quality level.

The finished housing covers are unloaded, using a conveyor belt which then transfers the parts to the cleaning system.

The cleaned parts are collected and stacked in an automatic box changer.

* The Bruderer BSTA 500-110B high-performance punching press - the press demonstrated single-stage manufacturing with feeding and assembling of locking nuts using two strip feed units of the Type BSV 75T as 'two track' version.

Also this application proved that a BSTA creates an outstanding ROI (return on investment) even at relatively low production speeds thanks to its high accuracy and process stability.

The slogan 'integrated process' becomes ever more important.

* The Bruderer BBV 260 strip feed unit - the Bruderer BBV 260 feed unit is the successor to the highly successful BBV 202.

The roll feed updates the family of mechanical driven feeders and features several impressive innovations.

The automated thickness setting and the quick-action roller change are only two examples.

The mechanical design of the Bruderer BBV 260 strip feed unit is very similar to the BBV 450 which has been introduced to the market two years ago.

In comparison with the predecessor model - the BBV 202 - the new feed has been consistently developed to increase the advantages for customers yet further.

One improvement is the automatic material thickness adjustment that dispenses with manual adjustments or the use of adjustment motors.

This unique feature has been realised through the rearrangement of rocker arms and rollers and through the selected length ratios of the components.

As it is now unnecessary to adjust the material thickness axis during the retooling process, the set-up sequence is significantly faster and easier.

Moreover the rollers can be rapidly and simply clipped in and out for cleaning, replacement or profiling.

This also extends the range of applications of the new BBV 260 to those sections in which pre-punched and profiled strips are used.

These and other innovative solutions combine guaranteed maximum precision with the highest reliability and availability.

The first BBV 260 is used in conjunction with the equally new BSTA 1250 and BSTA 1600 Types and is available since March 2006.

The product range will then be extended to embrace machines with press forces of 500kN plus.

* The Bruderer B-Control - the B-type control provides the interface between the machine operator and the punching press.

Amongst the impressive features of this extraordinarily powerful machine control are maximum operator comfort, optimum functionality and an extensive range of accessories for all manner of requirements.

Next to many small details the known operating panel comes equipped with a touch screen wich will simplify the operation.
