Bruderer sells press brakes, shears and profilers

Bruderer has announced that it is adding press brakes, guillotine shears, plasma profiling machines, press-brake tooling, and laser and inkjet marking systems to its offering.

The announcement of three additional agency lines comes in the run up to Mach 2010.

Bruderer already offers servo roll feeds and coil handling equipment manufactured by PA Industries, and die and mould tooling from Fibro.

The Millutensil range of die splitters and spotting presses, roll feeders, decoilers/recoilers, straighteners and strip-end welding machines are also offered.

Other sole agency lines include quick die change and clamping systems, press tool safety monitoring and control, sensor technology, press force monitoring, in-line washing and lubrication, and machine vision systems for 100 per cent real-time inspection of stamped parts.

Bruderer describes itself as a one-stop shop where customers can source an entire press line, from tooling design and production through supply of presses and automation to commissioning and pass-off.

The company guarantees that its turnkey lines will hit the shop floor running and be maintained at peak operating conditions by its engineers for the lifetime of the equipment.

Bruderer also offers on-site operator training, machine movement within factories and other project engineering services.

In addition, hydraulic press sales, repair and rebuilding facilities are available.
