Quality Gauging Systems has been re-launched, and offers an expanded range of standard and bespoke metrology and data collection products in Europe.

Quality Gauging Systems has been re-launched, following its recent buy-back by original owner and MD, Martyn Gill.  The company now offers an expanded range of standard and bespoke metrology and data collection products to UK and European manufacturers With its regained independence, the company is now gearing up for growth and is moving into new premises at Luton Hoo, where, in addition to exhibition and demonstration areas, there will also be training facilities enabling the company to offer product education, particularly on its new gauge and tool management software

Gill explains his vision for QGS; "In these competitive times, quality is critical to the success and even survival of many UK manufacturers.  QGS aims to offer its customers the most appropriate measurement solution to their specific measurement requirements, to enable them to improve quality, increase efficiency and compete more effectively in the worldwide marketplace  Measurement solutions available from the company range from robust, high quality gauges, through extremely accurate, non-contact measurement devices - including laser and optical systems - to data collection and analysis solutions, offered by QGS as UK distributors for the world-leading ASIs Datamyte range.

QGS products are already in use in a wide range of industry sectors, from pharmaceutical, for example checking air-flow in asthma inhalers, through automotive, for gap and flush measurement, to aerospace, for component assembly verification.  Support is provided by experienced, time-served measurement specialists, with telephone help line assistance available for 19 hours each day. .
