Sale of Brauer Measuretek
The 13th December 2004 saw the sale of Brauer Measuretek to Mr Martyn Gill, the company's former Managing Director.
During 2004 the high level of new business at both HMC Brauer and Brauer Coley has caused the Brauer Group to review its business strategy and divest itself of Brauer Measuretek in order to concentrate on building the success of the two main companies To this end the Directors announced the sale on the 13th December 2004 of Brauer Measuretek, based in Leighton Buzzard, to Mr Martyn Gill, the company's former Managing Director
