Following the recent acquisition of DDW in Germany by ASI DataMyte, Quality Gauging Systems will now deal with the sales and marketing of DDW's computer-aided quality (CAQ) software

DDW's QDA 8.0 can be easily integrated into existing processes and IT structures, and it supports processes where other systems obstruct them A common database can be used across businesses to enable multi-level user access and the facility to monitor quality remotely, even when working with suppliers or customers

The system is modular, multilingual and it possesses various open interfaces to ERP systems such as SAP R/3 and other types of measuring systems.

For the unlikely case where functions are not covered by standard modules, developers are able to add these with the help of the integrated programming language QDA-Skript.

'Fixture Tool' is a tool for managing measurement data in conjunction with complex quality data analyses.

It is designed to ensure easy visualisation of extensive measurement results needed for co-ordinate measuring engines, multipoint measuring devices and other measurement systems.

QDA offers standard interfaces to almost all existing measuring systems.

The range includes simple digital and analog measuring devices but also co-ordinate measuring machines, complex apparatuses for chemical analysis or material testing machines.

DDW's current customers include Mercedes Benz, TetraPAK, IBC Vehicles, Hydro Aluminium, OPEL and Vauxhall Motors. Request free introductory details about products from Quality Gauging Systems ...
