Machine assembles wooden window frames
Bespoke Machines has developed and built an automatic assembly machine that cramps and nails wooden window frames and automatically adjusts itself according to frame type.
By turning a switch the machine also drills a similar component which requires fewer holes.
The operator merely loads the component and presses the start button.
The part is automatically clamped, indexed and drilled.
At the end of the cycle the machine ejects the part and cleans the location ready for the next component.
Bespoke Machines is a special purpose machine manufacturer specialising in drilling and assembly machines.
Many production processes do not lend themselves to the use of standard production machines.
Unique machine designs have to be developed for these processes to benefit from the advantages of automation.
