Hand trucks for safe and easy movement of loads
BT Rolatruc has been producing hand trucks since 1948, including the Pro Lifter (LHM230P) with its patented Pro Start technology which requires up to 67 percent less force to start moving.
Fork lift is stacker, pallet truck, and picker
BT Rolatruc supplies the versatile BT Minimover HWE100 fork lift truck, which benefits from a single-column mast, available in two lift heights (1580 and 2000 mm).
The LRE200 has a rated capacity of 2000 kg, making it a highly capable pallet mover for intensive loading/unloading and cross-docking applications.
It is based upon BT's advanced reach truck design, providing excellent servicing features and easy access to all parts and components.
BT also offers both stand-in and rider-seated stackers in the form of the Stratos SSE and SRE models.
The SSE machines have been developed for high-level stacking applications in which it is desirable for the operator to work in a fully enclosed cab while maintaining a standing position for speed and flexibility, eg, when he/she needs to leave the truck cab frequently.
An optional height indicator is available on all masts with lift heights above 3.75m, for faster and safer operation at height.
SRE models feature generously sized seated cabs for operation over long distances.
Features include a padded battery wall and arm rest, and fully adjustable steering console and seat to provide the best possible driving position for all operators.
The SRE's E-bar allows easy attachment of radio data terminals, barcode scanners, PCs, etc.
New optional features include a height indicator, CD/radio unit with two loudspeakers, and a fire extinguisher.
Stratos stackers offer a capacity of 1350kg or 1600kg and a maximum lift height of 6.3m.
Clear-view masts, overhead guards, and a new visibility window enable safe load handling at all heights and travel speeds.
Battery change is quick and easy on all Stratos models thanks to the built-in rollerbed, making them ideal for intensive shift work.
The Stratos stackers are also available in 'L' versions featuring elevating support arms, which allow effective operation on ramps and uneven surfaces.
These also allow double pallet handling of 675kg + 675kg (SRE/SSE135L) and 800kg + 800kg (SSE/SRE160L) on the support arms and forks respectively.
This allows highly efficient pallet movement, ideal for situations in which a quick turnaround is required.
