BT Rolatruc supplies the versatile BT Minimover HWE100 fork lift truck, which benefits from a single-column mast, available in two lift heights (1580 and 2000 mm).
For example, the SPE200D can load or unload a trailer quickly by placing two stacked pallets at a time.
The mast cross-beams are optimised to achieve an excellent view over the forks and the load, making handling in confined areas easier.
Optional servo-assisted steering makes manoeuvring even lighter work.
The SPE200D also features BT's Sensi-lift, for precise and intuitive control of lift and lowering speeds.
This allows faster overall handling, as the operator has full control over the load at all times.
The comfortable steering arm, with its modern design, allows one-handed operation.
The lift, lowering, and driving controls are ergonomically placed and can be operated with only fingertip force.
Available with lift heights of 1800mm and 2000mm (Tele mast) and 2500mm (Hi-Lo mast), the SPE200D can also serve as a low- to medium-level stacker.
Furthermore, it is designed for both short- and long-side pallet handling, for maximum versatility.
All Ixion models feature BT Powerdrive - an advanced integrated drive and control system that delivers excellent ease-of-use, performance, and efficiency.
Simple CAN-bus wiring connects a central processor, which monitors and controls all performance aspects of the truck, to a powerful and efficient separately excited motor.
Smooth, powerful performance is assured in all conditions, due to the combination of the separately excited motor and the switchless control system.
Low energy consumption and regenerative braking mean that Ixion models can achieve more work cycles per battery charge than conventional stackers.
Rider platforms are an inherent part of the SPE200D's design, ideal for applications requiring long travel distances and intensive operation, such as cross-docking.
There is a range of options, including soft and hard suspension springing, 'stay-down' or 'stay-up' configuration, and the large Ergo platform, for maximum operator comfort.
The SPE200D is built on the patented BT Powertrak chassis - a hydraulic system that ensures the downforce applied to the drive-wheel is always proportional to the load on the forks, for optimum traction.
The SPE200D aslo features folding sideguards as standard.
Raising the guards allows the truck to achieve its maximum travel speed of 10 km/h.
A choice of battery compartment is available, up to 440Ah, and all SPE200D models are capable of fast sideways battery change using rollerbeds.
