Blue Diamond has announced that it is seeing growth in demand for kits of its high-quality fabricated and engineered components.

Kits of parts are being supplied to a range of industries, including construction, automotive, agriculture, building, office equipment, pumps, electric motors and instrumentation.

Blue Diamond offers kits of high quality fabricated and engineered components.

Kits of parts are available boxed and packed complete, if required, with the customer's branding and logo.

An added benefit is that Blue Diamond can arrange order scheduling, packaging/labelling and stockholding of products as required.

Recent examples of customers that are now using the Blue Diamond service include a manufacturer of concertina doors that was previously sourcing components from a number of different suppliers.

This was resulting in quality problems and mismatched parts, which were detracting from the overall appearance.

These problems have been overcome by re-engineering parts to improve quality and reduce costs.

Blue Diamond has also turned its attention to product packaging, which has been designed to ensure the highly finished components are kept together but not damaged before use.

Blue Diamond is also supplying a supplier of showers with hinges and brackets for the glass shower doors.

In this case, the fittings have been redesigned to provide a solution that makes the doors quicker and easier to hang.

Complete kits of components are packaged ready for immediate use and the finishing touch is provided by the customers logo being laser-etched into the handle.
