Hexagon announces metrology developments

A Hexagon Metrology product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Jun 9, 2009

Hexagon Metrology introduced many new products at this year's Control exhibition, which took place from 5-8 May in Stuttgart, Germany.

These included: the Leica TDRA6000 total station; Leica T-Scan TS50-A; DEA Bravo C horizontal arm co-ordinate measuring machine; Leitz Reference 5.4.3; Romer Infinite 2.0 measuring arm; and the Standard Gage product line.

In addition to the new product lines, online simulations in a virtual measurement laboratory with the I++ Simulator attracted significant interest.

Hexagon Metrology's extensive retrofitting options also proved popular.

The Hexagon Metrology team showed visitors how the quality of existing machines could be upgraded by effective modernisation, even on a tight budget.
