Gas welding, cutting equipment catalogue released
A comprehensive range of gas welding and cutting equipment is featured in a new 16 page catalogue that includes information on multi-stage pressure regulator range with two-stage gas control.
Gas welding equipment complies with EN standards
Gas welding and cutting equipment has independent third party verification of compliance with EN standards from two of Europe's most renowned test houses, says supplier.
They are designed to fully comply with BS EN ISO 2503 and manufactured to quality management systems under ISO 9000.
Two different versions of regulator are available for oxygen and propane service plus flow check gauges, flashback arrestors and hose to complete the kit.
The units suit both Railtech and Thermit processes.
The designs incorporate important performance features, such as a large diameter body and bonnet for better cold weather function, and quick connections for "on-site" convenience.
Permanently engraved technical data is provided for added safety, giving immediate recognition of type and pressure.
To assist maintenance and recommended replacement under BCGA guidelines, the body is also date coded.
Other features include a pressure indicator assembly that eliminates the need for vulnerable gauges.
Large diameter check gauges with clear faces and added protection of a shock absorbing shroud are also provided.
High flow flashback arrestors with large surface flame arrestor, non return valve and thermal cut off device are provided whilst hoses and fittings are tested to EN 559 and factory assembled to EN 1256.
For ease of assembly, a large diameter knurled handwheel connection allows rapid assembly without the need for spanners.
The easy grip function is specifically designed for use with gloves. Request a free brochure from BIG ...
