Boxing Clever With 4th Consecutive Award
For the fourth year in succession, Northamptonshire-based Boxes Prestige has won the 'Creative Use of Folding Boxboard' category in the Spotlight Awards with Virgin Vie Goddess Christmas Range.
For the fourth year in succession, Northamptonshire-based Boxes Prestige has won the 'Creative Use of Folding Boxboard' category in the Spotlight Awards with Virgin Vie Goddess Christmas Range The cartons were produced using Iggesunds Incarda Silk 485 micron board, printed with a gold background wash followed by 80 per cent of a special gold and then 100 per cent gold, two hits of black plus a specially formulated iridescent gold pearl varnish and a high-gloss varnish

Boxes Prestige has produced a luxury carton for United Biscuits (UB), a European manufacturer of biscuits and snacks, for the McVitie's Temptations range of festive biscuits.
Boxes Prestige has also won the award for Design and Printing on Uncoated Paper or Board for Liz Earle's Naturally Active Skincare Christmas Range.
These cartons were produced on 440-micron Curious Metallic Ice Gold Board supplied by Robert Horne.
Printed in blue, the packaging was coated with sealer varnish to the reverse and the face was printed in three colours with a sealer varnish.
Apertures were formed at the cutting and creasing process to hold cords and/or ribbons.
