Range of 5-axis machining centres can now be tailored to meet most needs and a universal spindle can now be combined with a high precision C-axis rotary table for full mill/turn capability.

Designed and built at the facility in Birmingham, England, the new FTV5 range of 5-axis machining centres from Cincinnati Lamb can now be tailored to meet most 5-axis requirements The FTV5's universal spindle can be combined with a high precision C-axis rotary table for full mill/turn capability

In-cycle loading entailing a centre partition feature is now available on FTV5, to maximise spindle usage.

Parts can be loaded and unloaded from one side of the table, whilst the spindle works safely on the other side of the fully enclosed table.

Efficiency is maximised through minimal operator intervention and one-hit machining.

A choice of HSK spindles are available to tailor to the applications and materials being machined.

In addition to the high standard specification, a comprehensive range of options are also available to further aid productivity.
