Maxcor acquires ThyssenKrupp
MetalCutting group
US acquisitions and operations management organisation, Maxcor, in partnership with Silver Point Finance, has completed the purchase of ThyssenKrupp's MetalCutting Group.
Maxcor, in partnership with Silver Point Finance, announced on October 17, 2005, that it had completed the purchase of ThyssenKrupp's MetalCutting Group The MetalCutting Group is comprised of Cross Hueller with sites in Germany, England, the USA, Brazil and Korea; Hueller Hille and Hessapp in Germany; Witzig and Frank in Germany and the USA as well as Giddings and Lewis and Fadal in the USA
