Brian started with Cincinnati in 1960 as a mechanical engineering apprentice, and is a valued and well respected member of the Customer Support group at the Birmingham site.

It makes your job more enjoyable." Other colleagues receiving 40 years long service recognition included Ian Good, Cincinnati Machine's general manager, database control supervisor Brian Harper, applications engineer Graham Pinfold, and machine tool fitter Alan Smith.
Ian Good, general manager, commented on the achievements of October's long service group: "I am delighted to see so many long serving colleagues in the company today.
Retention of staff is key to any company, and Cincinnati is no different.
Cincinnati has always provided an environment for career development coupled with good working conditions.
Many of the colleagues at the long service presentation have been with the company since leaving school, having progressed through the ranks of apprenticeships and other training routes.
Our loyal staff hold a tremendous amount of knowledge, and the mix between our long serving experienced staff and new colleagues is key to the future success of Cincinnati Machine." Every employee at Cincinnati is presented with a long service pin for every 5 years of service, and takes part in the traditional ceremony to recognise and reward commitment to the company.
