Recognition for Hard Work and Success

The UK Sales Person of the Year, Greig Underwood was presented his award by Cincinnati Machine President Doug Henderson for achieving the highest sales in the UK for 2005.
Not only was Mr Underwood given his award for the highest sales, he was also commended for his contribution to the company's CRM systems.
Greig's proactive and supportive approach has not stopped at supporting the UK sales effort in the home counties and south-east England, he is now working hard to further develop the Cincinnati customer base in Northern Ireland.
The distributor of the year award presented to IVH Services recognises the exceptional achievement of the company with regard to its performance against target, adherence to terms and conditions, investment in the product/marketing effort and growing market share.
The German company was employed as the distributor for the Baden Wurtemburg area in July 2002, the company quickly recognised the potential opportunity for Cincinnati products and immediately made significant investment in the sales, marketing and after sales support capability of the company.
As a result of the commitment and achievements the company has now been allocated responsibility for the whole German market.
A decision that has reaped significant increases in both the volume and value of business during the first half of 2006 with Euro3.5M secured.
In the four years since working with Cincinnati, IVH Services has grown from a company comprising a father, two sons and the family poodle, to a company headed by two principal shareholders, Tobias Hofmann (son of the original group) and Mario Sanna with an additional 20 personnel plus a sub dealer covering the Bavarian territories.
Cincinnati European Distributor Manager Mr Alan Mucklow comments: "IVH Services have been rewarded for their outstanding commitment and investment in assisting Cincinnati Machine Limited rebuild its position as a leading supplier of quality machine tools to the German market".
"I very much look forward to working with Mario, Tobias and the team at IVH in building on this success during 2006 and beyond".
