Prior to Graphisoft, Katy was the Managing Director for Captiva Software (Northern Europe), who is one of the largest companies in the data capture industry.
Katy brings over 20 years sales experience including account development, sales strategy and management and has worked mainly in large accounts across Europe.
Katy sums up her reasons for joining "I was attracted to Causeway because they are a profitable, well managed company, with great technology focussed specifically on the Construction Industry.
In addition, the Construction Industry is on the verge of major changes with the industry moving more and more towards partnering and alliances.
This is being driven by the need to achieve increased profitability, and reduced cost, both for the client and the subcontract chain.
