Causeway ECM is now set to become the corporate content management solution enabling Sharkey to exercise complete control over information relating to its projects and departments.
Angus MacLennan, Sharkey's Finance Director explained, "Client satisfaction is a matter that we take very seriously".
"Sharkey prides itself on meeting the needs of its clients and Causeway ECM is a solution that enables our business to operate more efficiently".
"By improving our business processes, and offering greater control over our corporate knowledge and information, we are working towards becoming far more efficient in everything we do".
"These efficiencies will undoubtedly be passed onto our clients ensuring we are able to proactively respond to their needs." The dangers of poor information management are many and varied, and in a highly competitive industry that operates to such tight margins, the risk of error, duplication of effort, or lost information is a serious threat to profitability.
It was therefore vital that Sharkey selected the system that offered the best solution to their needs.
Entering into a detailed tender selection process, Sharkey initially contacted twelve potential suppliers engaging in a detailed evaluation process with a shortlist of three.
"We evaluated the solutions available in the market place", commented MacLennan, "It was essential to identify a supplier that could match our vision for continued growth." "Causeway stood out as an innovative supplier".
"Their approach is unique which is reflected in the breadth of functionality available in their solution which is set to become an integral part of our business shaping how we move forward for the future.".
