Two ex-rental CNC machines a Dugard Eagle slant bed lathe and VMC will be offered for sale and demonstrated under power at the Coventry previously owned machine tool and equipment exhibition.

Two ex-rental CNC machines representing the C Dugard of Hove ranges of Dugard Eagle slant bed lathes and vertical machining centres will be offered for sale and demonstrated under power at the Coventry previously owned machine tool and equipment exhibition Both the Dugard Eagle 200HT slant bed lathe and the Dugard Eagle 600 vertical machining centre have been high ranking sellers for the Hove, Sussex machine tool distributor and the slant bed lathe with Fanuc control will be offered at GBP 31,500 - a saving of over GBP 6,000 on the new price reflecting its 9 months metal cutting history when it was rented to a customer

The machine has a 480mm swing by 508mm turning length with 15kW Fanuc drive giving 45-4,500 rev/min.

It has a 10-station turret with 30m/min rapid traverse and a 210mm hydraulic power chuck with programmable 80mm tailstock quill.

A new swarf conveyor and automatic parts-catcher is included in the price.

The Dugard Eagle 600 vertical machining centre with Siemens 802D control is only four months old and will be offered at only GBP 22,500.
