"We will also take an 800m2 stand at the Moscow machine tool exhibition during 2006 to market both the Dugard Eagle and Hyundai-Kia range." The sales operation will expand a joint venture agreement C Dugard set up two years ago with Robur based in Moscow to market the Dugard Eagle range of lathes and machining centres through four distribution points in Russia.
This operation has proven to be very successful and is now being expanded to take in the Hyundai-Kia machine range.
Initially Hyundai-Kia machines will be shipped from the UK through Robur to customers although the longer term objective will be to deliver direct from the builder in Korea.
Dugard's association with the $380 million Hyundai-Kia machine tool operation spans some 12 years and was originally set up under the Hyundai name.
Following the merger of Kia with Hyundai in 2004, the Hove company was appointed to represent both machine tool operation product ranges under the single banner in the UK. Request free introductory details about products from C Dugard ...
