UK machine tool supplier reports 45%
growth
Following large project installations in the UK and the highly successful international export and used equipment sourcing network, C Dugard said sales had grown by 45% in two years.
In two years sales have rocketed by more than 45% to reach over GBP 16 million for C Dugard following large project installations in the UK and the highly successful international export and used equipment sourcing network set up from the Hove headquarters in Sussex Indeed, such has been the influence of the Dugard sales and service support to create international business, that Hyundai-Kia recently appointed C Dugard to represent its machine tool range in Russia

The company's own Dugard Eagle range of lathes and machining centres has also been particularly successful due to the ability of the customer to cherry-pick from the list of specification options to suit production requirements.
With the Dugard Eagle and Hyundai-Kia range of some 78 horizontal and vertical lathes, mill turn centres and machining centres, the company can now offer a very broad range of equipment from budget price to high specification.
And, with the overseas network of contacts, this massive range of equipment available from single source is providing a very active supply line and sales outlet for used equipment that has, in particular boosted very good trade-in deals for customers.
