Solving control problem caused by lost heat
Ceetak were asked by a major machine manufacturer to redesign its heat seal system incorporating Ceetak's very own LVH system but with key design modifications.
The CRH sealing system incorporates high precision sealing wheels, with an extremely accurate heating and temperature monitoring mechanism.
Unlike competing equipment, this ensures that heat is generated only at the point of contact with the film to produce a consistent and tough standard of seal, that is easily adjustable for different film materials and applications.
In addition, the CRH rotary system is quick and easy to set up and does not generate noxious fumes.
Perhaps as importantly, the system operates from a low voltage source, so energy consumption is minimal, with simple maintenance and low operating costs.
The high accuracy and consistent seal quality provided by the Ceetak CRH rotary sealer, means that it is possible almost to eliminate the inconsistent and damaged seals that are often a hallmark of competing machines.
In turn, this reduces to a minimum the extra costs, loss of productivity and downtime normally associated with repackaging and resealing.
The CRH system can be easily retrofitted to most existing bagging or packaging lines, allowing manufacturers to take advantage of the benefits provided by the CRH without the necessity to refit the entire production line.
The CRH is supplied with pre-wired power supplies and made-to-measure wiring looms for linking the sealing head, and can utilise RS232 communications for remote control.
