In today's business environment, such companies can have no margin for error or encumbrances.
Tivoli Plus works by locating any problems within the FileNET system.
These are automatically detected and reported by Tivoli Plus and, wherever possible, automatic problem resolution will be undertaken.
The immediate benefits of this system are the minimisation of critical problems and the time needed to solve these problems, ensuring that companies are assured the delivery of business processes with a marked reduction in running costs.
While FileNET is adept at managing large documents on a day-to-day basis, the Tivoli Plus module monitors everything running on the FileNET application.
If there is a problem Tivoli Plus will anticipate it and, if it cannot be resolved automatically, it will alert users to the problem before the error becomes fatal.
This avoids the risk of a drop in customer service if a system crashes while processing a major operation.
Strategic benefits of Tivoli Plus include a monitor for the complete FileNET environment which treats both software and hardware as one cohesive system.
For those who use different management systems other than Tivoli, Cenit UK has developed a Blackbox solution.
The Blackbox solution is able to operate with any document management system already installed, working with that system to monitor FileNET.
As Geoff Haines, MD of Cenit UK comments: "The greatest benefit of FileNET is the automation of many administrative and time-consuming tasks".
"At the moment you have specialists working on routine tasks when their time could be used much more effectively to address more important issues".
"Tivoli Plus can automate at least 30 of these everyday tasks, freeing up resources to respond to more specialist issues". Request a free brochure from Desktop Engineering ...
