Ballnose engraving tool with a radius

The Conical Ballnose Engraving Tool is a new solid carbide cutting tool, shaped similarly to a standard conical engraving tool but with a radius on the tip
The new tool produces a cut with a rounded bottom It is extremely effective for reverse engraving acrylic and 3D engraving applications
Testing has demonstrated that the Conical Ballnose Engraving Tool can withstand higher cutting forces than standard Ballnose Endmills or tapered Ballnose Endmills.
For example, a 0.010inch radius Conical Ballnose Engraving Tool was able to withstand plunging 0.010inches deep at 55,000 RPM and 300 IPM in aluminium and make at least 200 passes over the surface while similar diameter standard tapered Ballnose Endmills broke almost immediately.
