Tablet/capsule weight sorters improved

A touch screen control panel and a new design of hopper have improved the use and application of versatile, multipurpose tablet/capsule weight sorters for the pharmaceutical industry.

CI Electronics has made two significant improvements to its SADE SP tablet/capsule weight sorters for the pharmaceuticasl industry.

The first is a touch screen control panel and the second is a new design of hopper.

* Clear and easy to use - the touch screen control panel features a durable, anti-glare coating that can be used by operatives wearing gloves if required.

For improved GMP the display can easily be wiped clean.

* Simplet to dismatle for cleaning - the new hopper is of a neat two part design making it much simpler to dismantle for cleaning.

The overall height has been slightly reduced so the operator finds it easier and safer to fill.

When working with small batches the lower part of the hopper can be used on its own.

As with all the contact parts of the SADE SP units the hoppers are manufactured from 316 stainless steel and electro-polished as standard.
