Citect to host a continuous improvement seminar for directors and senior managers at silverstone race circuit
Citect, a specialist in next generation manufacturing execution systems, is hosting a free one-day educational seminar on continuous improvement at Silverstone Grand Prix race circuit on Tuesday 21st November 2006 Aimed at senior managers and directors in operations, continuous improvement, manufacturing, production, business improvement and IT, the seminar will address key issues such as: how to transform business and manufacturing processes; how to make reductions in operating costs and improve profitability; how to slash lead times and inventory while improving business agility; and how to get new direction for continuous improvement initiatives

Joe Booth's presentation on how lean manufacturing and six sigma is helping manufacturing industry to become bigger and more successful, will be complemented by presentations on "Accelerating Continuous Improvement"; and "Taking the First Steps".
