Experienced Leader and Technologist Joins Leading Global EIM Provider to Expand Presence in EMEA
Callidus Software, a leader in enterprise incentive management (EIM), has appointed Dr James Kennedy as Client Services Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Leading a growing team of over 24 Callidus consultants, Kennedy will be responsible for the delivery and support of EIM solutions for global clients in multiple countries

Previously, Kennedy was senior partner at the consulting firm Kennedy/De Almeida, where he played a key client liaison role on a global Siebel/Oracle implementation - the world's largest Siebel customisation project.
His role involved leading the entire business and technical reporting, referrals and administration infrastructure for a strategic component of the project.
Kennedy also worked with clients including Reuters, IBM, Time Warner, Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of New York.
Before this, Kennedy was a managing director at IBM (formerly Mercator Software) covering Latin America.
As part of his role, he lead teams ranging in size from 10-450 people and worked with prestigious clients including Nestle, John Deere and General Motors.
He also liaised with third parties including PWC, Informatica, SAP, Deloitte and Touche.
