Truck parts packaged in textile bags
MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG is using conTeyor Multibag material handling systems to package components for its Trucknology Generation A (TG-A) trucks, voted 2001 Truck of the Year.

In the conTeyor Multibag System the products 'hang'.
It therefore provides excellent protection of components during loading and unloading, particularly of delicate, painted or sensitive products.
Licensed by Bradford Company (Holland, MI, USA) the conTeyor Adaptapak system is a foldable dunnage system that is fixed on the side wall of foldable pallet boxes.
When an operator opens the pallet box, the conTeyor Adaptapak System opens at the same time.
Both conTeyor systems offer easy accessibility of parts which means the operator can fit a component, and immediately take the next component without having to stop to remove any packaging material.
"Since implementing the conTeyor Multibag System and the conTeyor Adaptapak System we have been able to improve material handling ergonomics for the operator and reduce manufacturing time and cost, which helps us improve overall plant efficiency," remarked Mr Rabier, Manager of Standard Packaging at PSA Velizy, France.
