The precision feeder-straightener is driven by a closed-loop Yaskawa servomotor and drive package.
The SpaceMaster Series provides true pilot-release functionality with a high-speed lift of the upper straightener rolls by an eccentric cam mechanism.
The CCL-S3-20032 is designed to process 0.125in thick x 28in wide HSLA material at yield strengths up to 75,000 lb/in2.
The maximum material width of the machine is 32in and the maximum coil weight capacity is 20,000 lb.
The machine is provided with efficiency enhancements such as motorised passline adjustment, motorized coil guide assembly, hydraulic traveling coil car and 'hands-free' threading.
