From labels, tamper evident necklaces, caps, leaflet and carton, the Package Integrity Inspector performs the integrity verification of every component and rejects all flaws from the production line.
* The Code Inspector provides complete verification of expiry dates and lot codes on labels, boxes, tubes, and bottles.
It detects missing segments, stained and misplaced codes while ensuring correct lot number and expiry date presence on every product.
With optional upgrades offering multi-tool capabilities including bar code, label, cap and leaflet inspection, the Code Inspector ensures a truly solid and comprehensive vision inspection solution.
* The Blister Pack Inspector guarantees 100 percent product security by performing a complete verification of blister packaged products.
A unique lighting feature embedded with a hi-resolution 3 CCD RGB colour camera ensures complete inspection of tablets, capsules, soft gelatin capsules and coated pills.
The Blister Pack Inspector rejects all tablet and capsule defects including missing, broken, misplaced, deformed, stained and scored pills from the packaging line.
* The Label Laser Scanner applies a unique laser technology performing precision inspection of packaging labels.
It inspects all labels regardless of colour or container type including wraparound and spot labels.
The Label Laser Scanner inspects all label sizes and colours on glass and plastic containers.
It also inspects packaging for missing, skewed / offset and flawed labels.
The Label Laser Scanner comes with upgrades offering multi-tool capabilities including bar code verification and cap inspection ensuring 100% label quality on every inspected product.
These features can be integrated with the Code Inspector and the Package Integrity Inspector providing multiple inspection controls within one unique interface.
