Plastics welding system saves up to 60% on energy costs, when compared with traditional hot plate welding and has HMI to make process setting easier.

CPR Automation has announced the introduction of their latest innovation in plastics joining technology Generation II Infra Red 'CleanWeld' not only enables savings of up to 60% on energy costs, when compared with traditional 'old fashioned' hot plate welding, but now includes an HMI (Human Machine Interface) as standard to facilitate quick and easy optimisation of process settings

The now well proven 'CleanWeld' process not only saves up to 60% on energy costs, but is cleaner, improves joint quality and gives a much more cosmetically acceptable joint, not to mention its environmentally friendly energy profile.

The 'CleanWeld' process can be applied to almost any type of plastics joining or filter welding application and has been successfully employed in numerous CPR manual and automation machines providing assembly output rates from 80 parts/h for a manual machine up to 360 parts/h for a fully automatic, high speed machine.
