Parts feeders are quiet, smooth and fast
Innovative dual motion parts feeder controls the amplitude of vibration in both the vertical and horizontal directions independently, to deliver quiet, smooth, fast parts supply.
Springs untangled and fed at up to 20,000/min
Untangling and feeding springs - particularly small ones - was a headache in automatic assembly until a spring dispenser - capable of operating at up to 20,000 springs/min - arrived.
Any company assembling, handling or packaging volume components will gain considerable benefit from the installation of a CPR Shinko parts feeder.
The innovative Shinko dual motion parts feeder controls the amplitude of vibration in both the vertical and horizontal directions independently, generating elliptical vibratory motion to deliver a quiet, smooth, fast and more efficient parts supply.
Components are conveyed as though gliding, with minimal impact between items.

Low cost drilling unit provides plenty of power
Low cost drilling unit provides through spindle coolant supply, with spindle speeds up to 10,000 rpm and a choice of spindle nose to offer quick change facilities.
Mounting equipment supports drill and tap units
To facilitate the mounting of Sugino drilling and tapping units on machine bases, CPR Automation supply a wide range of mounting equipment.
Industrial robots intended for clean room use
To meet the ever increasing demand for clean room assembly systems, a wide range of robots includes a comprehensive selection of Class 10 approved clean room robots.
Typical applications include plastic or easily damaged components for the medical or electronics industries.
Models include bowl diameters ranging from 250 up to 1100mm, accepting loads (including bowl) up to 120kg.
EA series feeders feature high vibration frequencies of 100 to 180Hz and small vibration amplitudes, making them ideal for small (10mm or less), high-precision or extra thin workpieces.
Bowl diameters range from 150 to 700mm, ensuring highly reliable operation.
The ER series feeders utilise vibration frequencies of 50 to 90Hz and larger vibration amplitude of 1.2mm.
They are suitable for workpieces that are 10mm or more in size, with bowl sizes from 250mm up to 1100mm diameter.
Optional straight wall or cascade bowl designs are available for these feeders.
Shinko's range of linear type feeders come in a variety of different models that include the LFB series (leaf spring vibro-isolating type), which are provided with a new variable frequency controller as standard.
Uniform vibration is achieved without adjustment, making the model ideal for micro, flat or precision parts.
Other vibro-isolating variants in the range include the LFG series (rubber mounted) and LF series (coil spring).
Completing the linear feeders range are the LF and MF series (unmounted types) that feature small electromagnetic drive units.
The ME series mini parts feeder is specially designed to supply small, delicate parts without damage.
The full-wave drive system operates gently and reliably using small amplitudes and fine vibrations.
ME units are ideal for use with electronic and other micro parts for watches, cameras and similar high-precision products.
The main units are compact yet sturdy, fitting easily into small spaces.
Also offered through CPR Automation is the Shinko hopper feeder as well as a wide selection of controllers that feature a variable-frequency regulator for use with parts and linear feeders.
They permit the user to select the optimum drive frequency to match the job at hand with a simple-to-use knob control, making troublesome leaf-spring adjustment unnecessary.
A constant-voltage function ensures low-noise, stable amplitude that is unaffected by voltage variations or frequency fluctuations.
