Paste prevents bolts from seizing up
A copper anti-seize paste prevents fasteners and bolts from seizing if left for extended periods of time and ensures that disassembly is faster and easier, and bolts can be re-used.
Ambersil has added its Copper Anti-Seize Paste, which is based upon a high performance grease complex containing concentrated copper particles of exceptionally small size, ensuring a super fine and smooth paste Able to lubricate up to 300 deg C, the anti-seize properties continue to remain active up to 1100 deg C, said Ambersil

Lubricant protects against corrosion
Protective lubricant 40+ leaves a non-conductive film behind after application, which resists corrosion for over 200 hours in the BS 3900 F4 Salt Spray test and is plastics, rubber, and paints safe.
Advanced penetrating oil has freezing action
Penetrating spray is designed to quickly release severely corroded ferrous metal fasteners, and it out performs 'ordinary' penetrating sprays on regular to severe corrosion by up to 10x.
By using Copper Anti-Seize, engineers help prevent fasteners and bolts from seizing if left for extended periods of time.
It ensures that disassembly is faster, easier, and bolts can be re-used as they will suffer considerably less damage during removal.
Ambersil Copper Anti-Seize out-performs competitive offerings, said CRC to manufacturingtalk.com, particularly in higher temperature applications or where components may be subjected to heat in excess of 300 deg C.
When heated to 370 deg C on a vertical surface, Ambersil Copper Anti-Seize remains in place, whereas a competitor's product migrates along the test plate.
This stability in the Ambersil product ensures the Copper Anti-seize remains in place, and continues to perform as conditions get hotter.
Available in an aerosol, the formulation of the copper paste itself is the same as found in the bulk tin version.
This means that engineers don't compromise on performance when choosing the convenience of an aerosol delivery format.
