Possibly the largest independent supplier of Castrol oils in the UK, JSL Bearbreak has promoted Mark Rosen to the position of dedicated Castrol Lubricant Development Manager with responsibility for co-ordinating sales of all Castrol products across the company's three branches.
He will be supported in the field by former Castrol sales manager Dave Woods.
The company has also created a dedicated team, Carbide and Coolants Division, with Andy Barker providing quotations and information on sales and order processing.
Mark Rosen will work with JSL Bearbreak's eight representatives to develop sales with their customers and, as well as providing technical support for products, will cover services such as Total Fluid Management, Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring.
Mark, who has been with JSL Bearbreak for six years, will also develop business with new customers to expand sales within the area.
All three branches will hold stocks of fast moving lines in the Castrol product portfolio, which includes essentials such as soluble, synthetic and neat cutting and grinding fluids, slideway and gear oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, rust preventatives and chemical cleaners.
Commenting for JSL Bearbreak, joint managing director Peter Armfield says the move makes good commercial sense.
"We already specialise in carbide and HSS cutting tools," He says, "so the Castrol products complement our tooling range and allow us to offer customers a one-stop-shop.".
