Metal plating process for high temp
polymers

An innovative process for plating high temperature polymers with PPS coatings for electronics and antenna applications also works with mineral filled PA and ABS/PC.

On Stand D11 at the UK's Subcon 2008 subcontracting exhibition, NEC, Birmingham, April 22-24, Saxonia Galvanik of Halsbruecke, Germany, will launch an innovative process for plating high temperature polymers with PPS coatings for electronics and antenna applications The company offers a wide range of decorative and functional electroplated metal coatings on a wide range of plastics, including difficult materials such as mineral filled PA and ABS/PC

The service offers full and selective plating, including high volume applications, with coatings that include copper, nickel, satin and glossy chrome, 3Q7 (aluminium look), and tri-chrome.

Saxonia also offers selective plating of two-component plastics parts with a special 2K-process, and will showcase components for internal and external automotive applications, telecommunications, electrical engineering, electronics and the and sanitary industry.
