Manufacturing plant to close
Cooper-Standard Automotive has announced that the company will close its Archbold, Ohio fluid systems facility by the 3rd quarter of 2008.
Cooper-Standard Automotive has announced that the company will close its Archbold, Ohio fluid systems facility by the 3rd quarter of 2008 Existing production and manufacturing equipment will be transferred to other Cooper-Standard operations in North America
"This is part of a broad reorganisation plan to reduce operating costs, increase efficiencies, and improve our competitive position while better aligning our manufacturing capacity in North America," stated President and COO Ed Hasler.
The Archbold operation employs approximately 215.
