With 'OneSpace Live!', project members and customers anywhere can view models and other data online with the tool's application-sharing function.
This function is built specifically for engineers; it can work with large graphic files without bogging down.
"We use online meetings to review our designs with all stakeholders involved," said Cloostermans.
Reviewers can change designs during the meeting so that results appear quickly and decisions are made while everybody is present.
Decisions and tasks can be captured in meeting notes.
And thanks to the OneSpace Live! integration into Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, all tasks appear in individuals' calendars.
"'OneSpace Live!' speeds up our product development and lowers our costs".
