Cybertill, the ASP (Application Service Provider) based retail technology company is making great strides within the professional sports market The EPoS and Ecommerce providers have seen some of the country's top football clubs using their real-time system

Premiership clubs Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion have both selected cybertill to power their club shops, and their websites.

Both have used the fully integrated system which also incorporates Mail Order and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within a single sales and customer database.

The system's functionality and real-time data has already convinced Paul Bradbury, retail manager at West Bromwich Albion: "The previous retail management system we used wasn't web based and it's the speed of use and versatility that has really impressed us with cybertill".

Its other 2 professional clubs have seen the system improve efficiency and control, whilst offering new and more profitable sales channels.

Championship side Millwall FC has already seen an increase in on-line trade and a reduction in operational costs: "Our web sales have increased enormously since we've had cybertill".

"It used to take us up to two weeks to put new items on the site but now if we have a special offer we input it into the system and it is uploaded instantly".

"We have fans living all over the country that don't have access to the shop as well as fan bases in almost every county in the world, from America and Australia to Eastern Europe.

The new website is certainly more enticing and user-friendly".

"cybertill has had an equally positive effect at Division 2 promotion contenders Carlisle United".

"They previously kept all of their data on-site which was destroyed in a recent flood - no longer an issue with cybertill's ASP delivery".

"Their website sales have added an extra dimension to their retail operation".

Carlisle United's Store Manager Mark Stephenson said: "Fans have never been able to purchase from the internet before so it's a really exciting move for us".

"Recently a Canadian fan wanted a shirt to display in the pub he runs and had to get someone to come in and pay for it for him, and then post it".

"We are now able to send products direct from the shop".

"We can't wait to see where the orders come from".
