Data Plastics was ideally placed to provide this service, with an already extensively equipped moulding plant and its own toolroom.
Further investment by the company enables it to supply sub-assemblies of injection moulded parts, sub assemblies of injection moulded and metal parts, painting, electronic shielding, and hot staking.
A recently won contract was for sub-assembly work for the new Mini.
Data Plastics designed and built a specialist piece of equipment to enable two dissimilar sized hose clips to be moulded and assembled together within the tough time, quality and price constraints which the customer imposed.
