The Raptor M8 high speed CNC machining center is a complete turnkey solution for fast, high precision machining in aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

The Raptor M8 high speed CNC machining centre is a complete turnkey solution for fast, high precision machining in aluminum and other non-ferrous metals It uses a 60,000 rpm spindle with an automatic tool-changer, fourth and fifth axes, and a high efficiency coolant system, The machine mills, drills and engraves in copper, magnesium, aluminum, brass, steel, graphite and more

The Raptor M8 machines incredibly clean, high quality parts in half the time required by traditional machining systems.

Incorporating an ultra-stable polymer-concrete base and steel frame, the machine also provides exceptional speed and precision.

With a variable 60,000 rpm spindle this system is so efficient that usually no de-burring, cleaning or other finishing process is required.

Designed for applications including aerospace, automotive, electromechanical parts, electronics, PCB Boards, electrodes, general purpose machining, industrial engraving and rapid prototyping, the system offers an easy transition from traditional machining to precision CNC production.

This high speed CNC machining centre also features a compact design that requires just 63in x 50in (1600mm x 1270mm) of shop floor space while providing a 40in x 27in x 8in (1000 x 700 x 200mm) machining volume for large or multiple-piece layouts.

With the "Z" Probe, this machining center can also measure and map contoured surfaces prior to machining.

It will identify if the material is not uniform, and will compensate for the variances.
