French buy powerful, robust CNC lathes

Spanish machine tool building group, Danobat, has sold several CNC lathes, based on their robustness, capacity and power, to French petrochemical companies.

Lealde, Group Danobat, has sold several CNC lathes to Vallourec,, a worldwide leader in the petrochemical sector Danobat is expanding on their already established experience in the petrochemical sector

Customers such as the Tenaris Group and Gazprom, are now joined by the French multinational Vallourec and Mannesman organisation, who have purchased several CNC lathes for machining 'Premium' threads.

The robustness, capacity and power of the machines manufactured by Lealde (Group Danobat), together with its experience in this field, have been decisive factors in giving confidence to this client who will install the lathes in their production plants in Canada, China and Mexico.

The Vallourec Group was created at the end of 19th century and has more than 18.000 employees located in the five continents.

With a turnover of EUR 4 billion, they are one of the world leaders in the manufacture of seamless steel tubes for the petrochemical sector.

Lealde manufactures a wide range of 2- or 4-axis CNC lathes which provide a complete solution to the requirements of this sector.

These lathes can be supplied in a symmetrical (or 'mirror') version.

Also are available a wide variety of clamping systems, (indexable, centring and/or floating) load and unload gantry systems, pipe loading tables, etc, which offer the possibility of supplying turkey projects with guarantee of productivity.
