Endoscope simplifies machinery internal checks
Robust industrial endoscope enables expensive and time consuming maintenance and inspection routines to be carried out without fully dismantling machinery.
Industrial Endoscopes are finding popularity with Electricians, Maintenance Engineers, Motor Mechanics, Builders and Plumbers where the operator needs to find information but has limited access to the area to be inspected, such as below floor boards or behind roof or wall coverings.
The Provision PV2100 Endoscope has a fully articulated 457mm shaft which is only 10.5mm in diameter combined with a halogen light source, allows the operator to reach difficult areas and provides a clear few of potential problems.
This latest version has a new improved focusing ring and battery compartment securing mechanism.
A focus range from19mm to over 300mm and a 40 degree field of view allows views of the smallest points of interest behind control panels, inside engines or even under floorboards.
A useful range of accessories are now available for the PV2100.
A Clip-on 45-degree mirror which allow objects to viewed which are perpendicular to the shaft and is ideal for viewing behind walls and panels, and a clip-on magnet tip to aid picking up nuts, bolts, screws etc that may have dropped into inaccessible spaces.
The Camera Converter also allows photos and short video clips to be taken by screwing the adaptor to a standard 37mm thread of a camera lens.
