Users of CAM software meet
Delcam will hold the 2005 ArtCAM User Group Meeting from 28th-30th September at the Double Tree Castle Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

PartMaker CAM programs mill-turn centres
Delcam has launched the latest version of its PartMaker family of software, which now offers programming of turn-mill equipment and Swiss-type automatic lathes.
Following an initial introductory session fro all delegates, the Meeting will provide separate workshops for users of the ArtCAM Pro or the JewelSmith editions on 28th and 29th.
In both cases, the sessions will cover both modelling and machining techniques, as well as showing how the functions can be combined to give the best overall productivity.
On the last day, delegates will be given the opportunity to influence the future development of ArtCAM, by giving their ideas and suggestions for enhancements.
In addition, Delcam staff from both the ArtCAM development and support teams will be on hand for delegates to ask questions and troubleshoot particular problems or issues.
"Whether attendees are new users or very experienced operators, they will be amazed how much they can learn by attending the User Group," claimed North American Sales Manager for ArtCAM, Sean Plunkett.
