D2 Food Systems has launched the revolutionary ULMA Scorpius 600 tray sealing system complete with innovative modified atmosphere (MAP) dome lid sealing facility.
The process begins with trays of feta cheese being fed into the mould housing.
The packs are then vacuum and gas flushed (MAP) before being sealed and discharged.
