Digi cellular products receive E1
certification
Certification verifies Digi products are ready to use in mobile environments
Digi International has announced that its range of cellular networking products have received e1 certification The Digi Connect WAN, Connect WAN IA, and ConnectPort WAN VPN have all received the certification
e1 is a European industrial standard covering radiation and electro-magnetic interference within enclosed metallic spaces.
The e1 standard is most widely used in transportation applications including trains, trucks, buses and cars.
These products are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -30 to 70 degrees centigrade and at voltages from 9-30 volts.
