To manage its entire project portfolio, SHCI will deploy the Deltek Vision visualisation module, a powerful project management tool that empowers businesses to take control of their data and quickly turn it into actionable information.
The module will provide SHCI's senior executives an at-a-glance, top-line summary, enabling them to keep abreast of developments across the firm in real-time.
"Prior to Vision, we'd been accessing data from three different sources across the company - a cumbersome and inefficient way of doing business," said Neil Tullis, Director of Finance for SHCI.
"With Vision, all managers will be able to manage their projects and resources via accurate real-time information".
"As a result, they will be able to significantly improve project control, reduce manual data entry and ultimately boost the profitability of their projects".
SHCI has selected Deltek Vision software as the "industry standard" for project-focused organisations such as architectural and engineering (A/E) firms.
After the software has been fully implemented in the UK, the firm intends to roll it out to its offices in Paris, Moscow and Istanbul.
"Deltek has a long established history of providing project-focused solutions to many of the world's leading A/E firms both in the UK and the US," said Kevin Parker, president and CEO of Deltek.
"More than 9,000 engineering, architecture and design firms use our software worldwide to help accelerate project delivery in order to maximise profitability".
